This is a fully open-access journal. All content is freely available without charge to readers and authors. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without requesting prior permission from the publisher or the authors. This policy follows the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.

The journal does not charge article processing charges (APCs) or any submission or publication fees.
